How to Request a Return

If you would like to return an item, please email us at:

In your email, please include the following information:

• Your order number

• Your full name

• Your shipping address

• Your email address

Once we’ve received your request, a member of our team will get back to you with a prepaid returns label and further instructions.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
After 30 days, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

• We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned item(s).

• Please allow 5–10 working days for your refund to be processed once your return is received.

Prepaid Returns

We’ll provide a prepaid returns label for all approved return requests, so you don’t have to worry about return postage.
